I filled out an application in 2019 every time I call the apartment manager is being rude , she doesn’t answer my questions and always hangs up when I ask about my application status … they are very rude and ignorant . All us people want is help why would y’all let us fill out the application if you guys aren’t going to HELP !

I filled out an application back in December and I've been calling to check on the status of my application and no one has answered the phone for months!!!! They don't even have an answering machine! it's now been almost a year since ive filled out my application and ive gotten nowhere with finding out the status of my app and guess what they still dont anser their phone nor do they have an answering machine who does business like this
