They start recieving about 430am. May park on the street over night. Parking on the street makes it extremely tight for trucks docking up. Pork is on one end of the building and beef on the other. Fast unloading. Normally out within a hour.
can get into any loading dock starting with A for pork,someone will knock on your window around 4.30 and ask for paper work. Once unloaded they will call you in office for paperwork. Fast unloading. Harder to get into docks if there are trucks parked right in front of docks. Other side docks starting with W are easier to get into if you have beef delivery.
These people are definitely some of the nicest,fastest,most efficient people in the trucking industry. They really helped me out of a jam due to other people’s mistakes regarding appointments at a different drop. I could have been stuck here in Chicago for days if they hadn’t helped me out with this situation. THANK YOU! GRACIAS!
