Initially dropped off car ask for a price quote. Brett will only volunteer to give hourly rate. However, after my car received a diagnostic check. No adequate information was given to me concerning price or problem. Never received any information to cost of diagnostic and changing of battery. Requested old battery, but shop stole without letting me decide to keep or discard. Car probably never needed a battery. And new battery sold to me was significantly marked up.
