The apartment was filthy when we moved in the bathroom shower was caked with scum. Two days later is when we started seeing roaches! They didn’t say anything about having them. But when i talked to a neighbor they had them too! All they did was put poison down didn’t bomb the place or anything. They were in my bathroom and kitchen under the fridge and I had even saw them in my cabinets!! I had to buy more poison and egg stoppers to just even stop seeing them in the day time! Reminiscing on my past places while house hunting, I remembered this heap of a pit I lived in 3 years ago. Never got my security deposit back from them, even after finding a horrid amount of mold in my bedroom. Water pipes leaked, causing soaked carpets, mold in the A/C units. And even took them to county court for the mold issue, because my daughter had respiratory issues. Nothing came of it. Run far away from this place. If you’re desperate for a place to live, Pottstown has more potential.
Place is a disgusting dump!! Bed bug infested! Mold infested! Managent dumb as hell!!! This place is bottom of barrell! You have question no problem! Treat employees like shit! Snow coming! Get ready boss! Dress warm! Place is a joke!!! 1000 plus a month. Not worth it!
