Office people are awesome! Dr wilks is a joke. He Rushed threw my wife’s and myself cleaning and was very harsh. I’m 34 iv had me teeth cleaned my whole life and never have I had sore gums days after cleaning.. he was harsh handed I’ll say. Doc if you read this, you tired go home and nap, you stressed out or unable to do your job without being rough and edgy the you need some time off.. will not be going back and definitely not recommending.. he’s the only one that I had problems with.. everyone else was good..
I wish I could give less then one star but it’s just not possible. The attitude of the women dentist here is pitiful. One would feel they are being interrogated at full length, while no answers you give will be good enough. Very unprofessional, poor customer care and service. She doesn’t pay attention either, so don’t bother answering her stupid questions, she’s only going to ask you over and over anyway. Seek dental treatment in a more positive and respectable clinic.
