Located near a train station with a lot of parking space available. The place itself is quiet and comfortable.
Accommodations hotel located in South Yarra. Close to train station, shop and restaurants. Very convenient and easy access
What to say.. big disappointment about the customer service. First, I arrived at 11am because I received a mail saying that the reception will be open at 11am. When I arrived there, there was nobody.. I called several times, nobody answered.. Had to wait 30 min outside to finally have someone opening the door for me without any apologies. Then during your stay (I stayed for a week), not a single housekeeper came to empty your bins, change your towels, give you more shampoo, shower gel etc.. You have to ask them..! Clean, spacious, excellent central in South Yarra. friendly staff. However the desk by the entrance disappeared. Three days without WiFi. There is a lot of room for improvement.
