We felt very cared for and treated well by the staff and doctors at this office. They care deeply about what they do and take their time to show that
Dr. Yencho is the best pediatrician we have seen. He is very knowledgeable, takes time fully evaluating the patients, speaks directly to the children, is respectful, gets us in the office quickly for “emergencies”, and takes the time to explain everything to the parents. Basi is kind and thoughtful, she always makes my children feel comfortable and sends them home with a treat and stickers not just for themself but also for their sibling! The people that work here are amazing. So patient and kind. They take time to listen to you and talk to you. You’re not just another number when you go into their office. Highly recommend we’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with them
Can’t say much about the physician. This review is directly towards the office staff. I recently moved to this area and I decided to switch my child to this office. I should’ve known how this would go after I received the “Patient release form” filled with another person’s information. Nevertheless, I went forward with the transfer. I have emailed, called, left voicemails & have not gotten a response til this day! We have been taking our daughter here since she was born, and the staff and Dr. Yencho have been incredibly nice, thorough, and flexible. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
