The health care provider here is polite, competent, and informative. However, the person that assisted me during my physical was an MA who had a poor bedside manner. He seemed aloof and didn't talk to me to tell me what he wanted me to do, or how he was collecting results. He didn't answer my questions when I asked, and was on his phone. He also poorly stuck me in the arm which was more painful than normal, and it caused a bruise which is unlike how I've been in other similar places. Worse please to go for me was the first time but I feel that I make a big mistake to chose this place. Absolutely no professional nurse was rude .

Took way to long just for physical and drug test, 2 hours minimum plus the wait time, not to mention how cold it is, I had surgery before and even that took 1 hour compare to this. I wouldn't try here for your regular check up, place is understaffed and very cold. One more thing to add... I was asked to change into their thin gown and I been waiting for an hour half naked, and let's not forget is very cold.
