Caring, professional, medically based support here! I see obesity medicine specialists including a P.A. and Nutritionist who monitor my health, as well as attend encouraging, informative in-person and virtual support groups.
I started the Weight Management program at the Lake Zurich location just over a month ago. The entire staff is very pleasant and non-judgmental and meets you where you are. I was really impressed with the comprehensiveness of the program, which includes monthly visits with the PA, regular visits with a dietician, virtual classes, bloodwork, etc, with additional options available.
