Terrible customer service. Front desk people made me wait for 20 minutes and then told me to wait longer because “I was late for my appointment.” (I was 15 minutes early) The place looks decrepit and the staff all act like they hate their lives.

Dr. Arikan is my new primary care doctor, in our first meeting he was focused on learning about my problems and getting me the care I needed. I am very happy with my experience so far and feel he is doing all he can to help me.
Just moved to the area and changed our insurance group to AMITA health - my husband and I got an appointment with Dr. Arikan and were very pleased with the whole experience. Clean, neat building. Professional and friendly receptionist. Quick and clear communication with Dr. Arikan and we easily got the referrals my husband needed in order to go see some specialists. Thank you for making our visit smooth and pleasant - we are happy to be part of this network and at this location!
The staff is rude and misleading, horrible place.
