Wildly disorganized
I had labs drawn and a month later with no results I probably called the office 5 times and received a message to have my labs redrawn. The labs never resulted again and I had to call back multiple times to get them. They did not care about my health, and you have to do the follow up yourself. I went in for another issue and never received a follow up call or next steps. Do not go here.
I echo all of the horrible reviews below. If I could give Dr. Sheyla E. Villena's office, Suite 801, less than 1 star, I would. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with doctors or administrative staff. Both the nurse and the Dr. acted as if they were in a rush. Both barely introduced themselves. Complete lack of professionalism and basic communication. Even when taking my blood pressure and pulse, a simple, "the finger pulse monitor goes on the right pointer finger" would have been better than just pointing ... read more
This place is the robbery place. I went there 45 minutes exercise by myself but they charged me 2 hours and cost $1280 And I didn’t get any help for neck pain.
