Still awaiting a call back because an actual Doctor never signed off on my son’s prescription for Strep. I went on 04/12. Sent us on our way told me to go pick up his prescription. Have been to the pharmacy over 3 times trying to get my son’s prescription. I called they put me on hold for like 10 mins then they picked up and said they’re still looking in to it. Love my doctor, but you guys must fix your call system! No one has been answering my calls or calling me back since your system updated.
