I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this gynecological office. I had to wait 30 minutes at the reception for registration, followed by an additional 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. When I finally entered the examination room, it was clearly not cleaned: the floor was unswept, and there were visible stains on the walls. I feel uncomfortable and upset after such poor service... I sincerely hope the clinic will pay attention to the quality of service and the condition of its facilities.
