I like the doctor and nurse I met with and had a decent experience. However, 2 months later I called to find out what shot I received so I could donate blood. I called 3 times between 4-5. The phone just kept ringing even though their hours are until 7pm! Nor could I find any info on my Amita portal.

I came after coming from the Er for a finger injury but they told me to come back the next day or else they wont get paid.then I came back today and everytime the people seeing me left the room they were very unprofessional. I could hear them the 1st one was a heavy white dude with glasses as soon as he steps out he says to the other nurses that I'm "crying" about my injury. I went here for PT for a few sessions a while back and had a so-so experience. The physical therapists were all very nice, but they didn't seem like they paid much attention when I was doing the exercises/movements they prescribed for me.

The front desk person for immediate care section was very rude and disorganized. She yelled at me when I was trying to give her my clipboard and didn't tell me that I was supposed to hold on to it when she first gave it to me. I had to carry the clipboard to the exam room and then back to the front desk before I left, and then I got my ID and insurance card back.

Went for an appointment and waited an hour. No explanation but many people who came after me, went ahead of me. I was told “she’ll be with you shortly” six times. I called recently about medical concerns. Not only was I dismissed, the doctor left a voicemail and told me to “look it up online”. So don’t bother, find a doctor that cares and isn’t just a tool in the giant medical system; hopefully, you can get professional advice for once.
