The office ladies are terrible. Seriously they suck & should absolutely NOT be in a position so serious. They treat there JOBS like it's some miserable ladies book club. Don't answer calls, don't relay messages, there scheduling is horrendous, customer service is dreadful & giant ego and attitude problems. The doctors or the one I had is pretty meh & dismissive. Worst office I've been too hands down not even close

I agree horrible service and they seem to have tons of people working there. I don't get it.

My Dad was referred to this place by another physician so far. This is only 2nd app. and service is horrible! I was on the phone trying to call the office and was on hold for more than 2 hours. THIS IS unacceptable!!!!!!! And know one did even bother to answer, I was so mad beacuse I just had a question about my Dad health. I was driving to the office for the test being on the phone for more than 2hrs got to the office my phone was still on hold and guess what see all the ladies sitting in the main office smiling, talking do... read more

They do not return calls. You can leave your number many, many times. I had a doctor suggested to me as a excellent possibility. I am moving from out East to the area in August and had high hopes. After I read the reviews it looks like it is a problem for many others, and obviously it has not been corrected.
