I called on a day that they were supposed to be open and it’s telling me to call back if it’s not an emergency or wait for an on call physician but then tells me it’s not an emergency so call when they are open! The hours clearly say it’s open. This was a Friday at 3 and they are open until 5!!
Used to come here with all my family from youngest to oldest and we used to get good service and treatment , Unfortunately we lost our insurance a couple years ago, I still went in good faith with money in hand to be seen by Dr.Mercado ,just for a few 10 min visit to fill out prescriptions and was denied that.I explain to the ladies in the front my situations which they inform the Dr. And was still denied service.I didn't had appointment called in as soon as they opened 9am they told me be here before 12pm,got there about 10... read more
Everyone, other than the nurse who checked my vitals, was condescending and rude. I have never felt more disrespected in a clinic setting than I did here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and returned for my follow up appointment, hoping that I might have just arrived on a bad day. Each time I’ve visited this clinic, I am greeted with the same attitude by the reception staff and the doctor.
front desk staff are terrible
Horrible front office staff. Horrible management. Phone’s are never working.
