All of the receptionist at this location are hostile towards patience. I've tried to refill my prescription for 2 days to do. All my calls were ignored until I called from a different phone. Then I was hung up on. I will be filing a complaint. Extremely unprofessional.
Dr. Dimitri is always so diligent kind patient and always answers my questions thoroughly. He truly is a very good doctor and I’m blessed to have found him. His staff is always so courteous and kind making sure my appointments are met and anything else I may need. I always have a good visit with my doctor.
After waiting 90 mins for my son to be checked in for his MRI they informed us the next patient was here and we would have to wait even longer 3HOUR ORDEAL. THIS PLACE HAS NO SEMBLANCE OR ORGANIZATION OR STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES!!!!!
