Dont ever go there, its disorganized, only concern about your insurance, its like a marketplace, a lot of patients waiting , even if i told them i have pain , they let u wait for a long time. Go to Schaumburg immediate Care instead ,they are fast and peaceful

I visited this place on 8/10/21. First of all I was in waiting area for 2.5 hours. Then finally I was called inside. In exam room I waited about 45-50 minutes for a doctor to arrive. Finally Dr. Lynne showed up did some queries about my swollen throat. Next thing you know he said I have to go to emergency room and check with throat specialist. Very disappointed, first at all they don’t want to accept my insurance after contact HMO and talking to the “manager” who was not friendly at all, finally they approved to see the doctor, waiting more than two hours finally I saw the doctor who took 5 minutes to check me. She prescribed me antibiotic. She said that she would send the prescription to the pharmacy which she never sent it, so what was the point to pay and wait if the doctor didn’t complete her job. This is an awful representation of what used to be good healthcare. Rude receptionist in immediate care window. Lack of any empathy or customer service skills. This is unacceptable in a medical facility! I saw in the very brief time I was there, seniors getting NO help and being talked down to. I walked out and hopefully someone shuts this place down.
