Take your kids else where!! Took my new Born and they refused to see him!! They told us to arrive 15 min prior. We got their and they said no!! Because they told us 30 min and that's what they wrote down. Very Unprofessional
My family and friends have gone here for forever....probably since it opened. At that time I don’t even remember if Bartlett had a ER Clinic at all. But everyone I knew came over to this medical facility for the Doctors Medical Group or the ER . These people are the most amazing intelligent PROFESSIONAL staff ever. I am the most over worked impatient half asleep person ever and they always take care of me ...faster than North Westerns ER and Consentra something or other in some very affluent areas North Shore.
