We had a wonderful experience with St Thomas Hospice. My father was at Lagrange Hospital and he needed hospice care. The first nurse we met with (Mary) was wonderful and explained everything that we needed to know going forward . Sabrina, the hospice nurse, was beyond fantastic- I can’t say enough good things about her or this entire group. Such a sad and difficult time in our lives and everyone we came in contact with made it easier. Thank you to the St Thomas Hospice care team.❤️
We would like to commend and thank Joanne, the visiting nurse and CNA Mary Jane and the rest of the team for their dedicated service. Grateful for the loving care and kind understanding.
Poor communication on intake. Took five days for someone to visit. Had to escalate and threaten to leave for another hospice before someone came. The staff has been kind but there is something significantly wrong with management.
Everyone on the staff at St Thomas is an angel! You will never find a more compassionate caring group of people. From the nurses- Joanne and Liz, the aide- Irene, Bronko the chaplain and those who answered our calls at all hours of the day or night there are no words to tell them how much we appreciated all they did. I would never put anybody in this facility as long as they live cause I know how they work
