Frustrated. We aren’t new patients. Scheduled a dental cleaning for all 3 of my kids. Came to my appointment time today, get checked in and the front receptionist tells me it will be a wait. 4 people ahead of us, 40-45 minute wait (which we all know will really be an hour). Seriously?? I can see 15-20 minutes, but 40+ minutes is too much. Especially with 3 kids in tow. So I ask go reschedule and she tells me 8am or 2pm are best for no wait times. Which is fine but I really wish they had told me this the FIRST time I schedule... read more
Dentist and staff very nice. But make sure you make an appointment on a day that has more than one dentist working, or prepare to wait an hour and a half.
Pediatric Dental Safari came to our girl scout meeting yesterday and they were amazing! So interactive and extremely kid friendly. Our group of kindergarten girls loved them. The presentation stuck with them and my daughter was so diligent about brushing her teeth yesterday night. It was awesome. She told me all these important oral hygiene facts that she learned from the interactive presentation and it made my mommy heart so happy. I take all 4 of my children here. Everyone at Pediatric Dental Safari is so nice and sweet. They always make it a pleasant experience everytime.
After having no reasonable explanation for recommending unnecessary X-rays (outside the Pediatric Dental Association recommendations), this woman who calls herself a pediatric dentist unceremoniously informed my anxious daughter that she had a cavity. Mind you, the woman didn't even bother to introduce herself to my daughter or have any conversation with her prior to the exam.
