Absolutely the very best Dr. I have seen in Arizona. Listens to me, remembers everything we have discussed on previous visits. So kind & personable. So thorough after first seeing her, she went out of her way to call me personally on a Sunday! What Dr. does anything like that? I admire her so much, I always recommend her to everyone. Very unprofessional. Likes to give her personal opinion instead of her professional opinion. I will no longer be using her for primary care. Also acted like a child when I mentioned that I would potentially look to get a new primary doctor.
Dr. Alexander is the most thorough doctor I have ever met. She actually really listens to what is going on with you. She has fixed several of my health problems and she has only been my new PCP for 6 months. Every time I go in with a new health issue she knows how to treat it. I would give her 100 stars if I could. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally found a real doctor who takes her time to figure out what is wrong with me. I recommend her to family, friens and even strangers. I can't say enough good about her.
I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment as instructed. Proceeded to wait an hour after my appointment time to then be told Dr. Alexander was running another 1 hour and 40 minutes behind schedule. Then was told she is booked out for the rest of the year. I could see another doctor I had no information on in a few weeks but would then would have to transfer my care to see Dr. Alexander after the new year. I made my appointment 2 months ago. This is the worst care I have had medically.
