I am probably never going to come back to another doctor associated with Hackensack health ever again. Worst experience I've ever had going to Doctor Merchant. Very dehumanizing to make me come in and I took half a day off of work to come in. They couldn't even verify that my insurance was active. Very unhelpful bunch of people. Not only does my daughter have a hard time walking she was made to come in with me and waste my time. No apologies for doing this to me twice. Just very nasty people with no empathy all business. Doctor is very kind we love he’s service I work on a doctor office and we always refer patients to him he’s so good thanks so much for your help
Dr. was very professional and everything very nice. The only issue when I called for an appointment they told me I needed x-rays first. I waited downstairs for an hour and 15 minutes with a 22 month year old(very difficult). After waiting all that time the receptionist at the x-ray suite said I didn’t need an x-ray. Unbelievable
His office does not return calls or follows up ever! Took my disabled foster child to see him for leg length discrepancies. For 2 months DCP&P and I have been trying to get records, or retrieve X rays and we are told “yes yes, we will post on My Chart. Yes yes. Unbelievable bad care!
