Dr. was very professional and everything very nice. The only issue when I called for an appointment they told me I needed x-rays first. I waited downstairs for an hour and 15 minutes with a 22 month year old(very difficult). After waiting all that time the receptionist at the x-ray suite said I didn’t need an x-ray. Unbelievable
His office does not return calls or follows up ever! Took my disabled foster child to see him for leg length discrepancies. For 2 months DCP&P and I have been trying to get records, or retrieve X rays and we are told “yes yes, we will post on My Chart. Yes yes. Unbelievable bad care!
So I I had an appointment for my daughter today or so I thought. I wanted to confirm the time today. The location is fairly far away so I wanted to make sure it was set for today at 10am. The woman on the phone when I called put me on hold for over a ten minutes and when I finally hung up and tried again all I got was the voicemail.
