I am probably never going to come back to another doctor associated with Hackensack health ever again. Worst experience I've ever had going to Doctor Merchant. Very dehumanizing to make me come in and I took half a day off of work to come in. They couldn't even verify that my insurance was active. Very unhelpful bunch of people. Not only does my daughter have a hard time walking she was made to come in with me and waste my time. No apologies for doing this to me twice. Just very nasty people with no empathy all business.
