He saw me for chronic pancreatitis. After a lot of procedures, I was told this is the best you’re going to be. And dropped me. After several years I did a trial at Mayo and I contacted his office thinking since he knew my history, he would be best to review my results. I had no response. I followed up several times. I get a call back finally and I’m considered a new patient. And then I get a request for a phone consult. Nope. This isn’t a professional doctor that cares. I’ll be just fine doing the best I will be.

Misdiagnosed my mother which delayed treatment for a couple years. Told her to take a sugar pill and stop thinking about it. Reckless and egotistical.

I recently left as I felt like I had been lost in the system at KU Med. The last visit I had asked the dr to review my CT results which he hadn’t done. I had to show them to him on my phone. Telling me to take a fiber supplement did not help, and recently my calls to the office were not returned. I’m moving on
