After researching hernia surgeons, I traveled to Mechanicsville in May 2026 for corrective surgery with Dr. Gogia following a prior procedure in 2025 performed by a different doctor and hospital. He is an excellent surgeon, and I had a very positive outcome. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The hospital was well-organized, and the staff provided excellent care. I highly recommend him!
Nobody likes the need to have surgery, but if you do have that need, go see Dr. Gogia – really. This humble, confident, and thoughtful expert takes the time to figure out what is wrong, produces the best plan of action for cure, and with the assistance of his professional team executes flawlessly. From my initial visit to post-op and recovery I knew that I selected the right surgeon for the job of fixing me. Highly recommend!
