The people are great, their technology is so bad. You would think with all the money BSW charges our insurance companies, they could find someone who knows how to write an app that actually works. You want everything to go virtual, better find something that works
I chose Baylor Scott and White several years ago because of their location and their doctors. I have had 2 different doctors there and both have been very attentive and prompt. I have always felt like my care was important to them as well as to me.
