Thorough, personable, felt cared for
Who ever makes their appointments has such bad phone skills. People get a dx from another dr then call to schedule and get told " you cant see this dr, you didn't have a stroke". Well there is a flippin reason I am being referred! So now if I do have a stroke I know who not to call!! Thank you for making a person who is already scared of the dx now have to be worried for being turned down or worried they are going to have a stroke.
