All the nursing staff were not only informative, but pleasant and understanding. Dr. Patel answered every question I had. He did my injection and he did an excellent job! I highly recommend them!
If I could give this practice a zero, I would. The practice refused to see me because I had scheduled and subsequently canceled appointments after my problem mitigated itself (three years ago) and therefore was blacklisted from the practice. If you do not need to see a doctor, why would you waste your time (and money) and the physician’s time. It does not make sense and this policy should be reevaluated.
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and kind. His demeanor is very relaxing. He always takes the time to listen to my issues and address them. He has done many injections on my lower back including LSEI's, blocks, and when RFA's. My time is valued there. I never have to wait long before seeing his nurse or medical assistant (Yes he has both). He generally is in just a short time after they finish. I went for my back. I saw Dr.Patel and he was really nice. He listened to me and explained everything to me. Yes it took me a little bit to get in and he did tell me he only does sort term treatment.
The staff are welcoming and kind. The nurses are Awesome!! Sara, the NP was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions with great detail. Dr Patel was equally knowledgeable. His bedside manner was like no other, kind, funny. It’s very seldom you meet a doc who actually has a sense of humor and can make you feel calm. My injection experience went very smoothly. Piece of Cake!! Thanks to the nurses, especially the one who held my hand, and to all that let me CURSE, when it stung a bit 😊 YOU ALL ARE WONDERFUL!!
