always makes sure I get the care I need
Hated being asked questions. There is no patient doctor relationship. Only doctor say and you do relationship. You tell him that a new medication is making you sick and he says to take it anyway. I was puking my guts up from a new med he started me on and when I told him he didn't care one bit. I had to switch doctors.
Do yourself a favor and do not go to this doctor. Every staff member is unprofessional and noone seems to be able to follow up or do their job. You can't get scripts renewed without multiple phone calls. No one answers the phone if you try to call. Even if you walk in, you get ignored or treated like your bothering them and it still isn't taken care of. Dr Colombo is the best . He listens and answers questions. He makes referals when needed to excellent Drs. Very compassionate.
I had tests done but no results or medical advice from Dr. I called multiple times, then finally gave up. Tried to talk with Dr about covid rules, masking, waiting in car for appt and he said that never happened. Not sure if his staff or nurses were undermining him but that shouldn't be my problem. If you can't contact your Dr for results or medical advice, why bother. When they called a year later to say I needed a physical I said maybe I do but not with you.
Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Basha taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended!
New Doctor for me but he was able to answer all my question and he took quite a bit of time with me. I was able to connect with him right away. I so happy I found a good Doctor at my age!
DrBazo is very professional, has an awesome bed side manner. He takes each patient one at a time, listens to their concerns of what their symptoms are and pending on what it is that is wrong with the person, will give referrals for physical therapy, pain management, cardiologist, hearing, ENT, gastroenterologist, endoskeletal and liver. He is honest, above board, wants to help the person. I would recommend Dr Bazo to anyone I know.
Wouldn’t trust them with my health in the interest for my care, rude receptionist’s and both drs never look into why issues occurred and no tests for results and sent home, serious malpractices on different occasions and can never work again
