I would have given a zero star if I could. I made an appointment online for an oil change for my truck 3 days prior. I got an email explaining that a service rep would confirm my appointment. 2 days later I heard nothing. I made a phone call to the service rep. They said that nothing could be done because I had to make an appointment online. No help. Declined that an appointment had been made. If I was that bad at customer service at my job, I would be fired.
Mechanics seemed knowledgeable and friendly but the Service Manager is the absolute worst. Unbelievably Rude and talks down to you the whole time. Can’t believe a business would let an employee talk to Customers that way.
