Several months ago we contacted Amistad Motors about fixing our Buick's back up camera. They gave us a date and time to bring it in, which was a couple of months in advance. On the appointed time, we dropped it off. Never heard back, and called about five times during the next two weeks. Great service.
I had a recall service appointment scheduled for opening time at 8:00 a.m., and was the only customer listed for service that morning. Despite that, my vehicle was not taken back until 8:43 a.m., and only after I asked multiple times what was causing the delay. The recall work was completed around 9:45 a.m., but while the technician was backing my vehicle out of the bay, he struck something and damaged my passenger side mirror.
