Not able to access application. Have been trying for over a month
They manage the property next to mine in BedStuy which has multiple health and safety violations with the state. I have called and no one answers. They blocked the residents access to their yard which has now overgrown so badly there are rats and snakes living there. Trees are forming from the weeds and growing into my yard next door. It’s insane. I feel so bad for residents living under their management. Not to mention the owners too who probably have no idea there are citations and fines that need to be paid. Horrible place
I applied with them in may was told “ well have something for you by the end of the summer “ I understand it’s COVID and people can’t be evicted so no one can move in I’m not mad about that . I’m disappointed in the lack of response I called about my application and no response emailed someone who I spoke to and she hasn’t responded in months , she ignores all her calls and the receptionist told me “ well I have other things to do, than be on the phone with you. “ so with that being said horrible experience so far
