Do NOT recommend. I went to go see dr Shaw today. The conversation started out with me telling him I live on the north side. But my parents live in oaklawn. I also told him I’m down here frequently. So it wouldn’t be an inconvenience for me. He then continued to tell me to find a clinic by me even tho I’m in oaklawn 2 days a week. From there I told him I was admitted to northwestern hospital and then he tells me there’s no notes from there. Even tho he is out of advocate hospital. Which means he’s not able to see them.
