If you guys had any level of care or customer service this would not be happening. Even after I spoke to the lady about the importance of getting this product right and what i meant, once it has been paid there is no care or concern.
I ordered a 14 ft octagon gazebo back in May 2021.I have wanted a gazebo for a good while and Amish Gazebos was my choice for a nice addition to my back yard.I finally received the gazebo in late October after having spent alot of hours working with the great customer service at Amish Gazebos.So many choices but I like what I chose.We had a big open space where we once had a pool.We had a retaining wall put up in the early summer months.The gazebo finally got installed in Dec 2021 just in time for Christmas.Later in Feb 2022... read more
We have a great pergola from this company in our backyard. We love it. Recently, we decided that we would like to add a shade to the pergola. Naturally, we started with the manufacturer and found one that we liked. We purchased through our local pool distributor. We were surprised when one small box arrived. After opening it, it was clear that we had not received all of the components necessary for the shade.
