Very disappointed to learn the day before our appointment, Dr. Rafaat is no longer at this practice. He sold the practice and moved and never contacted his patients. After 10 years of traveling over an hour each way and tens of thousands of dollars later; we thought we meant more to him and his practice. Not only was this unprofessional, but very hurtful.
Friendly staff, helpful to accommodate the needs for scheduling. I did not notice the shot and my rootcanel was painless.
I took appointment for my 2 sons and I reached there 5 min before Scheduled time. Receptionist asked me to wait and I did wait for 30 min. After 30 min Dentist showed up and instead of apologizing He asked front desk receptionist to cancel the appointments of my sons as he couldn’t see my kids. Very Rude and Unprofessional Dentist I ever seen in my life.
Unacceptable. I had a dental implant placed in 2013 of which Dr. Rafaat assisted the orthodontist. In 2017 my implant failed. Dr. Rafaat, to his credit, assisted me in getting a replacement. In 2022 my implant crown failed again. I contacted his office several times by phone and email, to nonproductive responses. They made me wait six weeks to see the dentist for an appointment that took 15 minutes. They attempted to pressure me into paying $120 for the crown re-cementing. Dr. Rafaat was great and got my exam and cleaning done in around an hour. Anna was also very helpful filling me in on an canceled appointment at a much earlier date. Overall recommended if your insurance covers.
