I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed Nita Tab a picture of the color I wanted, and before starting, my daughter specifically asked if they could achieve it. We were told yes. However, after my hair was already bleached, I was told they couldn’t promise the result. I spent around eight hours at the salon and was not happy with my hair. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon with my mom, especially with how the situation was handled by Nita Tab and the owner. The first time we went, my mom showed Nita a picture of exactly what she wanted her hair to look like. At first, they were saying that reaching that color might be difficult.
