"I recently called Dr. Amira’s office and unfortunately, the phone experience was quite disappointing. The receptionist was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and that is the first time i go through this with Dr Amira’s office While I look forward to meeting the doctor, the impression of the front desk was not welcoming at all.

When I was treated by the senior dentist, it was great. But later, a younger dentist saw me. He only said negative things, such as, “I see from the X-rays that your gums are FULL of bacteria.” This sounded strange to me, since X-rays typically show bones, and any suspicion should be verified through other methods. All the staff are wonderful with their customer service and courtesy. I am very happy and pleased with their kindness. I was told everything in order. Highly recommend!!
