Oliver was able to accurately price the property from the outset and advise on ways to maximise the presentation and deal with tenants etc. As a result, we had a fast turn around from go-to-market to contract signed in a matter of weeks, and was able to assist with sourcing additional services like driveway pressure cleaning when required.
