Dr Monzavi was disorganized and arguing with a different patient. Put drops in my eyes and didn't come back for almost an hour. Then quickly checked my eyes and gave me an eyeglass prescription. He said I had substantial change in my left eye. When I got the prescription filled the left lens was extremely blurry. It cost me extra money to get a correct prescription.
Horrible. This man gossips about patients. He does not explain information, address potential health concerns or care to connect. He is perfunctory and incomplete in his care giving.
