I have been unable to reach this doctor for an entire month post surgery. He put plates in my arm after a break but the hole where my bone popped out is still open and there's surgical string hanging out. I've left numerous voicemails and talked to his staff but still have had no response. It's extremely frustrating as I'm flying to Alaska next week. I'm sure he's a great surgeon but I am shocked at the lack of aftercare. It's like he actively avoids his own patients. I can't afford the ER. I'm at a loss.

I came 4 hours to SanJose to have my check up appointment and I was so stressed over appointments, bills, insurance, and of course my health questions that I had completed forgot to thank this great man for saving me!
