My daughter waited 6 months for a virtual appointment with an urgent referral from her rheumotologist. He was very patient and thorough. Ordered several tests 4 months ago, still don’t have the results or next steps! Call the office and leave messages. No one returns calls and if they do, they schedule an appointment 4 months out with an APRN not the doctor. No treatment for ailment, no response. Finally seen a Excellent Dr for my stomach issues of 2 years and he’s getting the ball rolling on all kinds of tests I’m very Blessed And he listened to everything and very patient, I’m amazed that I have a Dr that’s going to help me find out what’s going on with my inside Stomach issues
The doctor is very knowledgeable. After going through many, I finally felt I was understood. 4 stars because scheduling sucks.You can't get a response from the messaging on the system from the DR. I have to wait nearly 4 months for an appointment that I could literally be talked about over the messages.
Dr. Masoud is a phenomenal doctor that truly cares about his patients. I have been to numerous doctors and specialists to be left with so many unanswered questions or concerns. I switched to Dr. Masoud and I must say it has been the best choice. He spent the start of our visit asking ME what was going on with my pain even though he had already read my entire chart.
