What a Blessing - straight to the point - puts the patients best interest first!
My 78 year old mother went to see Dr. Kaki for medicine adjustment and pain. He was an hour and a half late. No one gave an update on his arrival. We just sat in a room for an hour and a half. Once he came into the exam room, he did not apologize. He literally stayed in the room 3 minutes. He did the entire visit from across the room. He asked 3 questions, prescribed 2 medicines and left (so now she’s taking 4 different pills for her blood pressure). He recommended a test that we had to reschedule due to his tardiness.
