Dr. Fayyazi performed my cervical surgery and he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Fayazzi is an excellent surgeon. When we were referred to him I was skeptical about scheduling for my husband due to the reviews here. After meeting Dr. Fayazzi, he was very thorough about my husbands situation. My husband’s situation is very complicated. Dr. Fayazzi, preform his cervical surgery and did a phenomenal job. Dr. Fayyazzi, is a very thorough Dr. he’s good at what he does.
I was required to go to the doctor for an “independent medical examination” by my companies workers compensation department. I was told it was a non-biased review. It was far from that. I injured my back in January of 2024 and didn’t get relief until August of 2024 and Two weeks after the injection in my back was done I had the evaluation by Dr. Fayyazi.
