Dr Amir Faridi is a Good Doctor, Physician who knows of his Patient needs requirements and the Medical Treatments, his Staff also a very Friendly and Courteous persons to take care of their Patients Overall from Receptionist, Medical Lab Staff, Pharmacy and the Technician's well behaved and friendly Personnel .
My last visit was very quick and kinda fun. I waited maybe 10 minutes and the receptionist gave me Mardi Gras beads and a young girl was so excited. They called me back to the lab and everyone there were friendly and professional. I waited a short time and was called back to see Dr. Faridi. As always he was kind and explained everything to me.
I always get treated very well at Texas Oncology Denison to office the staff everybody is excellent they treat me great my lab nurses are wonderful. They know how to do the job and do it well the receptionist is very very sweet and when you come in, she always has a smile on the face and take care of you in a professional and timely manner to make sure you get in . my staff is wonderful. Dr. Faridi takes the time to explain my concerns to my satisfaction.
There was a crowd in the front waiting room. It took a longer time to see the Doctor after my blood draw. Speaking of the lab, the ladies drawing blood are very sweet and professional at their job. Dr Faridi has been very informative on plans to keep my Iron Anemia in check. The office is easy to access from my home so no travel issues. As long as I have my Anemia, I will keep coming back.
I had trouble taking a medication and Dr Faridi helped by trying a few options until I found one that is working. He listens and is compassionate to my struggles.
Dr. Faridi & the Oncology Department are always professional, pleasant & efficient. Dr. Faridi is excellent with his job & interacting with his patients. I appreciate all the efforts of Dr. Faridi, the front desk, lab, nurses, the Pet Scan department.
Dr. Faridi took time to sit down and discuss the plan of care with me, and answered my questions fully. Cancer can be intimidating, but I'm glad to have Dr. Faridi on my team.
Dr Faridi listens very well to my concerns and is very good at explaining my medical issues.
