I was referred to Dr. Harari for diagnostics when I had a large thyroid nodule. He did imaging and a biopsy before referring me to surgery in 2016. Post op, I saw him periodically to ensure I was stable on the thryoid hormone replacement. When ready, I was handed over to the PA for my annual check in and medication refill as I no longer needed the doctor. I've never had a problem with medication refills or billing. My only complaint is the front desk saying my name wrong.
Have only seen Dr. once; have been left to see P.A. for Thyroid meds. I have to go for labs and then even when everything is fine, no change, still have to pay for second visit lasting all of 5 minutes to be told good to go. PA says she will forward the prescription; however, it never happens. I wind up calling multiple times to get it sent to my pharmacy. She also states she sent it and it's the pharmacy who must have misplaced or lost it. Once I can see that, but every year, every time? She just never follows through and b... read more
Have only seen Dr Harari's PA for diabetes care but have had nothing but excellent care and results; last A1C went from 7.9 (before their care) to 6.5 (under their care).
Called to pay my copay left message, never received a call back. Heard this was a problem with this office. Also needed to make an appointment, still no call back. Bad, bad office staff.
