I wonder if he actually performed the surgery, because my toe looked like Frankenstein! I have a huge lump on my toe, larger than the bunion which he was supposedly performing surgery on. When I went for follow up, and asked about the huge lump, I never got to see him—just the PA running back and forth to ask questions. He told the PA that I have arthritis, which is why I was having the surgery. The lump is twice as big as it was before.
I have been a long time scoliosis patient of Dr. Aminian and throughout the whole process, he has always been so energetic and positive and answered any and all questions my family had about the condition/surgery. He is a very, very knowledgable and skilled doctor and surgeon and it is evident. I am now 2 weeks post-op from my spinal fusion and I am recovering amazingly, major thanks to him! I highly recommend him as he is truly the best in the field!
Dr Aminian is great and knowledgeable and very friendly and explains everything very clearly. I find their staff at Mission Viejo especially her assistant lisa very awful their clear disregard for patient cause my daughter to have surgery instead of having a PT done. There is some failing on our part that we did not follow up enough but you don't have to get referral three times before they do it right.
Dr. Aminian is professional, knowledgeable and amazing. I took my son to Newport Orthopedic Institute for his broken wrist and a doctor there suggested a surgery. Then with a friend's recommendation, we went to see Dr. Aminian for a second opinion, and amazingly he fixed his wrist without surgery! My family and I can't thank him enough! I highly recommend Dr. Aminian.
