Everyone was very polite and professional.
Dr. very nice. He listened to my concerns and also told me some things to stay away from on my first visit. After my procedure he explained everythings and told me the next step. The nursing staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were always asking if need anything. I would recommend .
From start to end I felt well cared for. Girls at front desk were very friendly and helpful which is very important. Dr Le was helpful and put my mind at ease, he's the best@
I received a phone call from their office asking if i could come in sooner and i said sure! My appointment was later in the day so i was very very happy and appreciative that i could get my procedures done in the morning instead of the afternoon.! From the moment i walked in the door the staff greeted me, treated me with kindness, compassion and respect. They were all polite and very nice as well! To say the least. As always I felt really cared for and did not worry at all. Dr Lee has been caring for me for 28 years and has tried his best to help me have a better quality of life living with IBS.
Endoscopy-colonoscopy was as pleasant as possible. Dr. O conveyed info well. Supporting staff - Janis, Lynn, anestithist, were all fabulous! Would have been nice to have a financial review prior to this procedure in a similar manner prior to a recent surgery at Carroll Hospital Center.
All of the staff were very friendly and professional. They gave clear instructions and followed up.
