All State!!! You are not in good hands!!!! Run!!! I was attempting to help my mom with her policy and neither she nor I could get ahold of anyone at the Garden Grove office. The Customer Service number would constantly hang up or disconnect or extension would say unavailable. They also charged my mom her policy in full when previously she was being billed monthly. We regret ever choosing all state!!
