As a landlord, he's useless; he doesn't fix the houses and never gives you paint. You have to be careful because he doesn't let you know when he's going to sell, and it's very stressful. And understand why he has fees that quickly mount if you don't pay.
Amina LLC deleted my post about their illegal business practices, how they harass tenants and make them live in unhabitable conditions and then try to evict them to raise rent and put another person in the same trash. I had until April to be out, but they shut my electricity off 2 weeks early even though I am diabetic and have a child here. They do not care about tenant rights or landlord responsibilities, they just care about ripping people off and making them sick living in these conditions.
Scammers, they take your money for application fees then never answer the phones. Lady RUSHED us when we went to see the house, she showed up late. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.!!! You will never hear from them.
I paid over $75 in application fees to apply for a house they had listed, only for them not to send us the application, never call back, answer the phone, emails, texts, etc. and never show us the house. They are a scam
