They charge first and last rent plus security deposit not sure if that’s even legal. They take up to 72 hours to respond even in a emergency. They don’t like fixing things and landlord is rude leaves out of the country a lot to Pakistan or some place overseas.
As a landlord, he's useless; he doesn't fix the houses and never gives you paint. You have to be careful because he doesn't let you know when he's going to sell, and it's very stressful. And understand why he has fees that quickly mount if you don't pay.
Amina LLC deleted my post about their illegal business practices, how they harass tenants and make them live in unhabitable conditions and then try to evict them to raise rent and put another person in the same trash. I had until April to be out, but they shut my electricity off 2 weeks early even though I am diabetic and have a child here. They do not care about tenant rights or landlord responsibilities, they just care about ripping people off and making them sick living in these conditions.
