These people including the owner and stylist who did my child’s knotless braids are rude, lack customer service and tried to change the price once service were completed. They ignored me twice when I was within two feet of them asking a question about where to sit as my daughter was getting her hair done and crying. They didn’t execute the style properly and became frustrated and rude when I addressed my concerns and took much longer than the time quoted when I made the appointment. First and last time customer. I experienced the best customer service from Onyi. She’s excellent at her job great with communication, a neat and precise hairstylist with an Amazing positive, loving attitude. She makes you feel so welcome and I enjoy getting my hair done by her!!!
